Everything went great. First Jeff (the owner) came out to look at the house and give an estimate. He emailed me the estimate with in a couple of days and once we reached an agreement on the extent of the job and the payment we scheduled the work to be completed in about 3 weeks from then. On the day the work was to be started Jeff came with 2 of his guys, they were right on time, he then explained to them what to do and they started right away and were very efficient.

Jeff and his team were great, they put up samples on the walls for us and even worked around the bathroom re-modelers with no problems. Once the work was done I looked over it and a couple of things needed to be touched up, when I told Jeff about it despite being very busy he came within a couple of hours with one of his guys and he himself worked till everything was done to my satisfaction. Overall they did an excellent job but a couple of things that I was really pleased with were the re-staining of the cabinets and the staircase railing and we had 2 tone paint done in out sons room which also came out great. Jeff and his guys are very experienced and they made very good recommendations whenever I asked them for advise. I highly recommended them and will definitely use them in the future.

I have not used them yet but Jeff came out right away and went through my condo to prepare an estimate for the interior painting of my whole condo. He was personable and very professional. The next morning I had a detailed estimate of all the costs along with what work would be done. I was very impressed on the throughness of the quote along with his honest estimate of when they would be able to do the job if hired. I plan on using them within the next 4 weeks and will update my review at that time.

Update to above – on 3-7-2013 Jeff and his crew came out and started the project. Within a few days my home was transformed into a beautiful, clean environment. I was amazed on how efficient his crew was and how respectful they were of my home and its belongings. There were no paint spills, stains or dirt left behind. Only beautiful walls, ceilings and trim. Before I paid a penny Jeff walked through the finished job with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied and I was.The entire process was amazingly easy and I would highly recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone no matter how “picky” they were.

Jeff and his paint crew were reliable, courteous, and did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. Careful cleaning, patching, sanding, masking, and other preparation were done prior to painting. There was no damage to landscaping, no messes, no trash or spills. After Jeff came out and ran through the quoting piece and squared away the particulars, Freddie and Raul were the stars of the show. The work they did on my house is tremendous and its very evident they treat their work as a craft; which is so critical for jobs like this where it is easy to cut corners.

I have never seen a more thorough painting job with such great attention to detail in their work, Freddie and Raul are true craftsmen. The repair work they did on some stucco areas was incredible. The crowning point for my wife and I was how Freddie and Raul were able to take a very bad stucco framing job around our sliding doors, done years ago by a cut-rate contractor, and blend the stucco pattern into the rest of the wall to make it so you can no longer even tell the frame was replaced. It is awesome.

One Way Painting will be our painters for as long as they are here. Everyone in the company I dealt with, from the top down was so great! Jeff was so pleasant to meet and do business with, Kelly was quick to respond to my calls/emails, Rigo was the foreman who would stop by each day to check on things and he was great to see as he would catch things that I wasn’t even aware was a thing. And again, Freddie and Raul were just great – they showed up each day right on time, they were so nice and professional.

It was a breath of fresh air to finally do business with a great company and a great group of people. There are so many horror stories when it comes to home projects, save yourself a headache and just use One Way Painting for anything you need done.

Each person we spoke to was very responsive and professional. This was the first time we went through a painting company and we truly appreciated that each person took the time to review each step with us. One way painting made this process extremely easy and stress free. Jeff and his team kept us updated throughout the entire process. Jeff and Shane reviewed different paint qualities and recommendations with us. Once we selected the color, Shane and Euriel offered to paint a small section on the wall so that we can compare the color in different lighting. This helped me feel more comfortable with our paint selection. Shane said if we don’t love the color then he can help us find another color until we are satisfied. I can’t say it enough but everyone was absolutely amazing, caring and professional!

Shane and Euriel pointed out some cracks and uneven walls which they were able to fix and make those areas beautiful again. They were very respectful of our home and was thorough in covering all areas before painting. Euriel removed the closet racks, light bulbs, and fixtures to ensure an even coat throughout the entire house. Once the painting was done, he placed everything back.

I will definitely recommend One Way painting to all my family and friends! We are incredibly happy with everything and will use One Way painting again for all of our painting needs!!

From start to finish, having our house’s entire exterior painted was seamless. We were mainly wanting to repair the stucco around our French doors- didn’t want to have moisture damage to the woodwork and ended up having the whole exterior re painted. Owner Jeff’s estimate was straightforward and when we wanted to have the color changed and our iron gate painted, the increase was reasonable. The best part was the team that came out- Osiel and Roberto.

Osiel, the foreman, communicated to me EVERY day. He was careful to make sure I liked how the job was progressing. He really takes pride in his work. The outcome was pretty awesome. Our house looks better than when we purchased it new from the developer. Our crumbling stucco looks like Ft Knox now. When we found a few things that needed touch up, Osiel came back to do it with a smile. We had trouble closing our French doors after the job and Jeff the owner came out to fix it. Definitely 5 stars!
