After receiving 5 bids from various painters in the area, I selected One Way Painting to do the exterior paint job for my home. Their estimate was at the higher end of the five bids but I wanted a quality job and knew that I would need to pay for that.

I am so happy that I went with them. From the beginning, when Rigo came to my home to give me the estimate, I could tell that this company stands up to all of the positive reviews they have received on Yelp. He thoroughly explained the process, asked the right questions on what I wanted done, and gave me a written quote that was what I expected. In addition, I had a comfort level, from the information he left behind, that the company is one that is based upon making sure the customer is happy.

The crew was always on time, very respectful, and made sure they cleaned up each evening prior to going home. They took care to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. I am a very picky person and when I saw something that I felt needed a little more attention, they immediately worked on it. Rigo was there each day as well making sure I was happy. Any dissatisfaction was made right ... something so rare.

I highly recommend One Way Painting if you want to have quality work done. Since the painters are employed by One Way, you do not have to worry about it being subcontracted out to someone who doesn't know what they are doing ... a big concern I had with hiring a painting contractor!

I needed all the exterior wood trim on the front of my house repaired and repainted. They turned up on time for our appointment and gave a good quote. The contracts and scheduling were done efficiently by their office. The paint crew did a great job on the scheduled day. They did everything agreed upon, cleaned up everything afterwards, finished the job in one day as promised.

The owner Jeff came out to do the quote and he was also onsite the morning of the job kick off to introduce his guys and do a walkthrough. Throughout the entire process from quote to finished job, the entire team of Jeff, Lauren and Osiel were always there when I had questions. The crew led by Osiel was fantastic. They were punctual, respectful, communicative and they did a great job cleaning up each day and at the end of the job. The amount of prep work with the french doors and windows and all the wood scraping took a long time but they were very detailed, meticulous and did not cut any corners. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jeff and One Way Painting to anyone and their name says it all,..they do it one way and that is the right way. Great experience thanks!
