I got four bids on this job. One Way Painting is the only company that proposed doing the job correctly i.e. priming all surfaces to be painted and using an oil based paint that would match the existing woodwork not needing painting. The other three companies, in addition to bidding much higher than One Way, told me the job was very difficult because some of the existing paint was oil based and some was water based. None of these companies planned to prime all the woodwork to be painted nor use an oil based paint matched to other woodwork such as around the fireplace. In addition to painting woodwork I also needed to have repairs made to woodwork damaged by earthquake and three generations of dogs.

I rank One Way painters among the best in the business. I was truly astonished by the results. The repairs are faultless. After the painters left, I washed the woodwork they did not paint. Now all the woodwork looks fresh and sparkling. I highly recommend this company. I intend to use them for annual maintenance on the exterior of the house and when the exterior needs painting it will be OneWay Painting that does the job.

Description of Work: The service included painting baseboards doors and casings window casings and various repairs to the woodwork upstairs and downstairs. All surfaces were primed and finished with an oil based paint.

Jeff came to our home and surveyed the areas we wanted to have painted, and provided me with a detailed quote including when he could start the job and how long it would take.
On day one, two men arrived (Francisco & Luis) to begin painting. They showed up on-time (8:00AM) both days, and carefully protected all areas they worked in to ensure no overspray or paint was applied anywhere but where they intended.

The results of their workmanship was fantastic. We were very pleased with the results, and appreciated their attention to detail. We will not hesitate to call One Way Painting (Jeff) first when the need arises.

We had One Way Painting freshen up my dad's house before we try and rent it and they did amazing. We wanted to do as little as possible, but make it look nice. In one day they pressure washed, painted the eaves, stucco and painted a flower box, stuccoed holes from where we tore down patio and painted it, painted a patio cover, painted the trim around 7 windows and painted a shelf off the kitchen window. I was concerned the paint on the stucco on the back of the house from the patio cover wouldn't match, but it did. They provide all the materials (stucco and paint) and the price was so reasonable. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

One Way Painting finished painting our exterior this week. This is not our first time using them. Once again they did an outstanding job at a fair price. The foreman Antonio was very into detail, and I would ask for him the next time we hire them. He had good suggestions, was neat, on time, courteous, and professional. Lauren was great in the office, and all was completed on schedule. The results are fabulous.

Jeff and his team were great to work with. They were timely, flexible and professional. I will be using them for my next project!
