From start to finish, having our house's entire exterior painted was seamless. We were mainly wanting to repair the stucco around our French doors- didn't want to have moisture damage to the woodwork and ended up having the whole exterior re painted. Owner Jeff's estimate was straightforward and when we wanted to have the color changed and our iron gate painted, the increase was reasonable. The best part was the team that came out- Osiel and Roberto. Osiel, the foreman, communicated to me EVERY day. He was careful to make sure I liked how the job was progressing. He really takes pride in his work. The outcome was pretty awesome. Our house looks better than when we purchased it new from the developer. Our crumbling stucco looks like Ft Knox now. When we found a few things that needed touch up, Osiel came back to do it with a smile. We had trouble closing our French doors after the job and Jeff the owner came out to fix it. Definitely 5 stars!

If the wood requires replacement, we will note this on your estimate and provide a local referral to a wood replacement expert that can help with your specific needs. Our process involves thoroughly removing all rotted wood, filling cracks, sanding the wood, and sealing gaps. Sealing and painting the wood after repairs is essential to protect your wood and prevent future damage. We use a top-of-the-line primer-sealer-stainblocker that offers excellent adhesion, mildew resistance, and sealing properties.

Using drop cloths and plastic, we first mask all windows and floors.
