One Way exceeded our expectations!

We were looking for house painters via neighborhood referrals and ads. My husband found One Way Painting on Yelp and we gave them a call. From the first visit to give us an estimate through completion of the exterior painting of our home, One Way exceeded our expectations!

The office support staff of Lauren and Roxanne were excellent and followed up every item with a call and even a Thank You card for the estimate they provided! Who does that anymore? One Way Painting does. We booked a date, which was 2 1/2 months out due to their prior commitments. They ended up with anearlier opening so they were able to start the job in less than 2 months. They did a great job in preparation and completion of the job. They were timely and finished in less days than they estimated, only because the crew headed by Uriel worked very long on the last day due to forecasted rains. Jeff McCabe and the whole team at One Way Painting are great to work with, professional and pleasant and meet every promise they make. We highly recommend them!

I just had my home painted by One Way Painting. The painters were very professional and respectful. They painted the exterior of my two-story, 2900 sq. ft. home in just 4 days, working from 7:30 am to at least 5 pm to get the job done. I could not be more pleased by the results, which started with careful power washing and masking of windows and ironwork. Jeff, the owner, visited my home and gave me a detailed explanation of the work to be done and his philosophy of customer service. Also, it's a rare contractor who does not ask for a deposit prior to the start of work. Jeff explained that he does not expect to be paid until the customer is happy with the results. Count me as another happy customer!

One Way Painting completed painting our exterior a few months ago and I feel bad for not writing a review sooner because they deserve the praise. Not only were they the nicest group of people to work with, their service was outstanding, and their prices were lower than other bids we got. The receptionist called me every day the painting crew was there just to make sure we were happy. The paint looks perfect, I'm so happy with it. They did tons of additional stucco work and cleaned up everything nicely. Highly recommend them!

One Way Painting just finished work on our office building in Orange. They have done a fantastic job and we could not be happier! They didn't just do a beautiful job painting though. Their prep work was amazingly thorough, and there was plenty of it too because our building hadn't been painted since the mid-80s. I'm not exaggerating when I say it looks like a new building!

When they started they said they wanted us to be completely satisfied with the work. Apparently they meant it. The whole crew was extremely careful about every aspect: covering cars in the parking lot as well as windows, plants-- even the parking lot itself. And throughout the job, Jorge, the crew leader, cheerfully put up with my peppering him with little requests about details that I wanted "just so"-- and did them!
This is a company I can recommend 100%.

The work the team did was fantastic.

We did an extensive backyard / home exterior remodel and took it upon ourselves to PM the whole thing. Early on we appreciated those companies that not only did a great job, but those who did something as simple as communicate progress to the owner. There isn't much I can add that hasn't been said already. The work the team did was fantastic. Jorge, our lead, was patient and worked with us through a couple color changes. The workmanship was top notch and the crews were exceptionally clean and thorough. I've already recommended One Way to many neighbors.

A great paint job was to be expected, but we really appreciated the communication and followup. Not only did the crews arrive on-time and ready to work but we received periodic followup calls to make sure all was well and if we had any concerns. Jeff does a great job setting expectations and providing a thorough bid. Jorge was communicative through the whole process and never once did we need to escalate anything; he took care of all issues.

Jeff, the owner, came to my house and told me about what his company has to offer. He provided me with a written estimate for the project and what to expect upon my acceptance of his offer. Jeff was very personable, communicated clearly, and was knowledgeable about his industry. The painting crew (Alex and Argel) was very friendly and attentive to my questions and requests. The crew did very good work and I was pleased with the quality of their craftsmanship. Each member of the company I interacted with was very customer service oriented and a pleasure to deal with.
